I booked myself lunch at the open-air rooftop seaview restaurant prior to checking in as I knew my arrival was way too early. Right from the start, the staff made me feel very welcomed. After a really excellent dish of paella, I was walked to my room by the manager who happily explained all the workings to me! What a spectacular room! My word! And what a spectacular hotel! It would be easy to describe it as gaudy or kitsch even but they got the balance spot on! Terrific energy, awesome ambience! And to name the room I stayed in, ‘boudoir’, ha! Genius!

Absolutely phenomenal stay and easily the highlight of my trip to Morocco. Friendly and efficient staff. Our day always started good with the friendly and perfect room-service of Redwane. Also service at beach restaurant and the caring of rezeptionnists were perfect. We also enjoyed very good food.

Everything! Sofitel has not one flaw. Yousra and Ines especially made our stay the most comfortable it possibly could be.
