This hotel is a hidden gem in the downtown of Merida. Besides the beautiful architecture, detailed interior design, spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful mattresses and quietness, the service is one of the kindest and attentive we’ve encountered. Everyone was amazingly available, since our late arrival at 1 am, fulfilling all our requests and preparing our meals at the previously agreed time (punctually to the very minute). We’re great fans of small boutique hotels and this one has definitely won our hearts. Highly recommended ❤️

Staff was extremely friendly and proactive. The hotel offers free bikes that you can rent to get around the city. Also, it is located just next to Mérida's most famous strip - Paseo Montejo - which hosts beautiful restaurants and cafes. The design and detail of the hotel are absolutely incredible!

The location was excellent, with central area, Walmart and gsstronomica area within walking distance. There were design elements used to create the feeling of being in a beach style resort. As soon as you crossed the reception, there was a feeling of freshness and homeliness that crept in. The staff was warm and friendly and made you feel welcome. Language barriers were easily worked around thru technology and willingness to communicate.

Large and clean rooms, lovely building, great staff. We had an early bus to catch at 7am and they prepared a breakfast to go for us without us asking, and before the official opening time of breakfast. This was really appreciated ! I would highly recommend.
