The room was very spacious with amazing views, yet, there is some construction which takes away from it. The hotel was super clean, with very helpful and kind staff. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as well as the other restaurants with the hotel. All the dishes were fresh, and tasty with good portions.

The bellboy Ammar was very kind and has nice hospitality in explaining the facilities of Marriott service apartment to us. Overall I love the scent of Marriott, it gives a good impression and warmth feeling of welcoming as you enter the place!

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi.

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. The hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. It is a luxurious resort, right by the sea; from my balcony, I had a beautiful view of the bay. There is a fine infinity pool, as well as other facilities; and the food is excellent. Boats are available nearby to visit other parts of the island. The hotel is near a spice garden and an insectarium, but is located away from the busier parts of the coast; at the same time, it is only a short drive from Penang.
