Our UK phone network provider is 02 although we had roaming it stopped working when we entered Europe. In my view 02 is the worst service provider ever. We had to purchase local SIM cards to call 02 Network support over 3 days but roaming still did not work. This was our first visit to the Hague and I was at the International Criminal Court. Wendy was amazing and exceptional. Wendy provided us with all the travel information. We had the whole building to ourselves. The view from the bedroom overlooking the river was exceptional. The place was easily accessible. 15 min walking distance to the centre of town. The shower was amazing and she had ayurvedic shampoo :-)

Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the valet service for our car and it was such an appreciated option given that we are older with mobility issues. Staff couldn't do enough to make sure we had every detail handled for us. This is the way travel should be!
