Everything was amazing. Location was very good with many shops and supermarket around, tram station in front of the hotel, bus station few steps. Breakfast was super with lots of varieties. Staff is very helpful and special big thanks to Mrs. Katarina Radic, the guest relations manager, who took a good care of us and upgraded our 2 deluxe rooms to junior suites, she was always smiling and very helpful. Hotel management has to be very proud of her. By the way, at the reception you will find a wall of celebrities’ pictures of the people who visited and stayed at the hotel such as Elizabeth Taylor, Sofia Loren, Robert De Niro, Alfred Hichkok…etc. I will for sure stay at Metropol Palace in my future visit to Belgrade.
