Great location & facilities, really good breakfast. It feels like you are in a family-owned hotel. Staff is dedicated and attentive to details, they accommodated our requests for early check-in on the spot (we arrived early, around 7am) and late check-out (3pm). Super comfy beds and pillows (extensive pillow menu), chilled water frequently served at pool area, wireless charger available in room, etc. All in all, it was a great experience!

Everything went well !!!! EVERYTHING was done in order to insure that we hand a wonderful and restful vacation. Our room had a beach view and was a few steps away from a silent “serenity” pool. Swimming in the pool and hearing only the birds and the splashing of the waves from the nearby beach was complete nirvana. What a stress relieving environment. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to fulfill any and all requests. We keep a kosher diet and the chef’s Nykesh and especially Aravindh and Sarang went out of their way to cook us Kosher food in separate utensils. They checked in each meal to insure that the food was tasty and in-line with our kosher standards. Amazing!!! I have never been to a resort where there was such an emphasis placed on the satisfaction and relaxation of the guests. Besides the amazing service, there are beautiful white sand private beaches, tortoises in a gated sanctuary, amazing delicious food with very long breakfast and dinner hours, and kilometers of walking trails . The rooms were also amazing and housekeeping met the same standard of service that it seem Constance demands. This is NOT a resort for children, though there were some present. Rather this is an amazing place for adults who want pampering and rest and relaxation with impeccable service on the backdrop of the garden of Paradise which is Seychelle

Upon arrival, the staff were super friendly and professional, as we had expected. Peggy at reception was very friendly and explained everything in detail with a guided tour of the facilities. The staff were always smiling and ready on hand to help you all the time. Michele, working at the pool bar, prepared excellent cocktails, was very attentive and professional, and had we great conversations with him. The hotel was very spacious and had great facilities. Breakfast was excellent as well as the evening meals. The spa felt very private with its beautiful decor. A large swimming with perfect temperatures for swimming even when it rained. They allowed us after check out to use all the facilities at no addition fees, as our flight was late evening. It was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort and its surroundings, stunning nature, as well as a super friendly atmosphere. I always say it's the people that make the difference, not the facilities .. many thanks for an unforgettable stay!
