Excellent service worm welcome Reception staff very helpful, room is excellent big and comfortable bar restaurant food 5 stars I can easily say is the best hotel I have been in

Nothing, says it was a 5 star hotel however didn’t even deserve to be called a 1 star hotel. It stank, could her literally everything in the corridors. Terrible service.

I usually like this hotel so much for the good location, cleanliness and nice breakfast. This time the breakfast was not so nice as before. The room was so warm and we couldn’t sleep. The next day the staff changed our room but still the AC does not work properly so we had to open the windows. I expect a 5 star hotel to have a proper AC.
