The main values of the hotel are the staff and the location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room view is amazing. The beach is in front of the hotel but there is a staircase between the reception and the restaurtant+beach which did not actually make any invonvience for us. The breakfast was nice: all the dishes were fresh and tasty, watermelon was very sweet every morning. We had also lunch and dinner several times at the restaurant of the hotel: there is italian quisine, risotto with fresh seafood was perfect. Music on the beach was of an additional value - jazz which my husband and myself are fans of))).

First and foremost, the Max Assistants at Maxx Royal Bodrum are genuinely dedicated to ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for every guest. Asli, Inonu, and Mehli went above and beyond to cater to my every need, offering personalized recommendations, arranging transportation, and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns I had throughout my stay. Their exceptional attention to detail and professionalism truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is nothing short of spectacular. The luxuriously designed rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and the comfort of the bed ensured a restful sleep every night. The resort's extensive facilities, including multiple pools, a private beach, a spa, and various dining options, cater to both relaxation and entertainment, leaving guests spoilt for choice. Dining at Maxx Royal Bodrum is an experience in itself. The culinary offerings are diverse and of exceptional quality. The numerous restaurants provide a wide range of cuisine options, including international delights, all prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients. The breakfast is an absolute standout, offering an extensive selection of both local and international delicacies to start the day on a high note. A particular highlight of my stay was the Maxx Assistants' ability to personalize and customize experiences. They personally ensured our surprise celebration for my daughters birthday was managed exceptionally. I liked the room layout, the sea view, the breakfast, the infinity pool, the facilities were luxury, most of the people working there were friendly and smiling. I liked the check-in service + whatsapp service to answer all questions. An employee called (YELIN UCAR) was SUPER supportive and helpful whenever we asked her for assistance.
