I have traveled to this hotel with my girlfriend. First of all, very helpful and kind staff, amazing breakfast, amazing rooms(jacuzzi and fireplace in a cave! Wow!) and amazing (Testi Kebabi). All the furniture's and everything was quite comfy.

We booked for a double bedroom but we were upgraded to a superior room with kingsize bed. I hope i mentioned correctly...Grateful for good customer service. Room was very big with sofa area 2 tvs and a big very very comfortable bed. Was also very clean and beautiful. Breakfast spread was marvellous. One of a very exclusive hotel in Cappadocia with great staff & service. No shops nearby but maybe a restaurant, not sure as we rent a car and were out most of the time. Alot of places of interest in Cappadocia besides the hot air balloon. Visit the underground cities, uchi castle, ilhara valley and lot more...

Excellent Hotel - one of the best I have stayed in. Beautiful ambience and clean and tidy rooms. Nice, comfortable beds and good food. Amazing staff - especially in the restaurant. Definitely will come back if I am in Cappadocia

We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zeppelin Cappadocia. The hotel is located just a short walk from Uçhisar Castle, in one of the most peaceful and charming parts of Cappadocia. The atmosphere was serene, and the architecture of the stone rooms really captured the essence of the region. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely details. Eren, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything for us, from airport shuttles to booking our balloon ride and local tours. The communication was excellent, and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting, and the rooftop terrace gave us a great view in the morning. We also loved the garden area, especially the puppy and the turtle! It made the place feel homely and unique. Highly recommended if you're looking for a warm and authentic experience in Cappadocia.
