The staff was very kind to us and accompanied us to our room right away. Turns out it wasn't a standard room but an apartment which was a big nice surprise. Everything was great!

Polite staff. Hot water in the shower. Quite clean. Authentic decor of the room and public spaces. The courtyard is stunningly beautiful. Breakfast is tasty and nicely presented (but too spicy for my taste). There is parking nearby (paid 80 lira per night). The hotel itself is located on a narrow street in the medina of the old city. Convenient for walking, not hard to find. I wish the city and the hotel prosperity.

Staff very polite & excellent in hospitality. As I don't speak turkish, staff either knew some words in english,or 1 staff was fluent in english. We communicated well & i enjoyed my stay. Centrally located. It's a lovely area & can really immerse yourself in the turkish culture.
