We stayed here two adults and two kids. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, the pool was fantastic and the breakfast was also on top. This may be the best hotel we have stayed at during our visit in Vietnam. We are overall so happy with our stay and will definitely be back the next time we are in Hue.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. The staff regularly checked in to ensure our comfort and went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is a lush, green oasis—beautifully maintained with plenty of shade and tranquil spaces to relax. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the kids and adults—refreshing, well-kept, and surrounded by nature. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. In addition, we very much enjoyed the complimentary massage and yoga sessions. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue, especially families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Kobi Onsen Resort was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were warm and attentive throughout my stay. Special shoutout to Bep, the bartender, for the fun and delicious Vietnamese salt coffee class, and to Lynn, whose firm and professional customer service stood out. The receptionist was always helpful and made everything easy. I also loved the yoga sessions with Yulia – peaceful, energizing, and beautifully led. A perfect place to relax and recharge! We have booked the villa with private onsen, what an unexpected treat!

Staff were attentive and helpful. Good listening skills and trying to find solutions for transport, visits etc. Shuttle to center very well organised. Pool facilities excellent. Connecting rooms for the family was very appreciated. Breakfast was excellent (top notch). We felt very welcome.
