The hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing, they were super friendly and even recommended local places to eat at. They helped us with our bags and made the checking in/out process very easy. The breakfast had great variety. The pool was nice. The hotel is far away enough from central Nha Trang so it is quiet and peaceful at night but a 15 minute drive if you want to enjoy the night life.

We are a family of two adults and one child. Online booking only allowed two adults, but the child’s fee was easily paid at the front desk. The hotel is brand new, with a modern lobby, clean comfortable rooms, and great facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent: restaurants, massage shops, and the beach are all within walking distance. At the corner is the Vinpearl Hotel with a shopping mall and the biggest local supermarket. Black Pearl island tours are also in the free pickup range. We took the airport bus and the stop was only a 5-minute walk to the hotel.
