Although there were constructions at the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The spa was nice and you can enjoy it for free an hour per day with specific timing for kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which was solved immediately.

Size of the room: super sufficient for a comfy stay for 2 adults and kid (with a baby cot, btw baby cot that was provided by the hotel was with a super quality). Bed was super good (big) and comfortable (mattress was really nice). Staff just amazing, helped with all the tiny things during our stay. Perfect breakfasts, and tasty food at restaurant. Private slope, possibility to hire a couch for lessons at hotel, ski rent at hotel, possibility to buy a skips at the reception. Glass of champagne during check in, cava and sweets at the room - just a great start of stay. Parking with Porsche chargers, lovely. Shuttle bus every 5-10 mins to slopes.

The Vallnord ski runs are 15 minutes away by car and the hotel offers ski storage. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Great experience. Room was as pictured. Staff was awsome. Réception clerk very professional and helpfull. Breakfast Staff as well, especially the restaurant Maître d'hotel. Breakfast buffet was just great, food of quality and very good choise. We'll definitely comeback and spend more time. Location is great, in the center of town. The parking is great as the town is kind of challenging to Park. Had a great moment and recommend!
