One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service is impeccable, everyone is so polite and dedicated to make you feel good. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are of very high quality. The bathroom&shower area, rooftop bar are all a dream. Beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. They even sent a bouquet to my room when I mentioned how beautiful they are. The location is convenient to reach everywhere. They provided early check in around 7:30 am and late check out at 6 pm. Special thanks to Sayyed in the reception who ensured my holiday was at its best!

The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm offers bespoke service, celebrated rituals and exquisite culinary offerings. Amazing hotel, outstanding services, spacious, clean and modern room. Complimentary water, nespresso coffee, small chocolates every day. During our first day, they provided for us a private (deluxe) shuttle to their Kyma beach (which is a nice, greek private beach) because the previous 2 shuttles were fully booked and we could miss the reservation. Pool, gym and sauna were very nice as well! Congratulation to entire time, we were just impressed by the top quality services!
