The staff at the hotel is above and beyond. Everybody is so nice and attentive. Many thanks especially to our hungarian waiter, the tall blond guy, who made both our dinners a delight. Unfortunately, we didnt get his name.
Dinner was fantastic, food is excellent.
Room is big, bright and clean.
The spa area is amazing!

Absolutely amazing hotel right by the lake. We were completely satisfied there. Hotel is very luxury and new. We stayed in big hotel suite with balcony and lake view. All equipment is modern. We really enjoyed sunbed on the balcony. Suite also has a kitchen, which is very convenient. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Outdoor pool. Burgenland card is included, so you have a free entrance to all beaches around the lake and discounts to some museums, castles and many other places.
