Select rooms offer a spa bath. Rooms can only be accessed via stairs. Loved the very thoughtfully appointed room. It set the bar high for the continuation of our travels. Breakfast was fabulous and parking worked for us too.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 400 metres from Vancouver Lookout at Harbour Centre. We liked the very modern and well-equipped room, the comfortable beds, and the option to open a window. The staff was really nice and the downtown location is great. Highly recommended!

Contemporary Canadian dining can be enjoyed at Hawksworth Restaurant. The hotel charged us $46.20 upon check-in, and all fees and taxes were included. The hotel also charged us a $200 room deposit, which they have not yet processed. Our early check-in request was denied. We received our first room at 2:00 PM, and our second room after 3:00 PM.
