All rooms at Four Seasons' are characterised by a unique luxurious style with classic French furnishings and offer views of the city, the garden or the lake. Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

Stunning location, classically English interiors & extremely clean but it was the service (from every member of staff) that was truly outstanding; friendly professional service that was subtle yet ever present. The staff were extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . The room and bathroom were well decorated and had all the amenities required .

The staff is really nice always smiling and helping at all matters, also we loved the breakfast even though it was tiny surprisingly they had everything for a good breakfast and the quality of the products and food was outstanding!
