Set opposite to a forest with hiking tracks and offering a fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, hammam, hot tub, infra-red cabin, The Onya Resort & Spa was opened in January 2017 and is set in Bellwald, 1650 metres above sea level, in the Canton of Valais Region. The hotel has a ski-to-door access, views of the Matterhorn and Weisshorn mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, with 14 Gault Millau rating or a drink at the bar. Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

Guests of the Capra Saas-Fee can work out in the fitness centre every day, and in good weather conditions, they can also relax on a terrace. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking and there’s a heated storage room for ski equipment with coffee facilities exclusively for guests, located next to the Spielboden/Plattjen Cable Car. Service was 5 stars +. All staff very friendly and helpful. We got an early breakfast organised for us as we had to leave early for skitouring.

Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Our stay was fantastic! The design in the entire hotel is both cozy, local and modern and accurate. I liked especially the design of the minibar in the room. the spa was excellent and the best part was the team who were always willing to help. The Yoga and meditation classes were spot on! With accommodations to different levels. The Bazaar was great, the dishes and flavors took me back to my childhood, thank you for this experience. The team is very welcoming and professional

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, fitness centre, and sauna, as well as a garden. the location is central and convenient. this is an historic hotel but looks good and very nice - outside and inside. we have been in various luxury hotels and here you get the grand hotel experience. excellent staff. excellent pianist in the lobby. big nice spa. the breakfast hall is a masterpiece. we enjoyed both their restaurants, especially the fondue. they have an horse and carriage. from our room we saw the matterhorn. extremely recommended.
