The room was chic, comfortable and clean. The free mini-bar was impressive. All the staff (room, restaurant, front desk, concierage) attended to our needs very promptly and warmly. We would especially like to thank their Concierage staff (Alex and Josephine) for their excellent care for us. They even managed to book us day trips for the next day very late the evening before. We were extremely touched and thankful. We would also like to thank Hamza at the door who always had a welcoming smile when we passed him, and offered us water when we left for day trips. The location of the hotel was also great. Transportation to tourist attractions was very convenient. We will definitely return to stay on our future trips to Zurich.

El FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort se encuentra en Zúrich y cuenta con restaurante, préstamo de bicicletas, piscina al aire libre de temporada y centro de fitness. The nicest hotel ever. Bed was massive, and so comfortable. Staff were just beyond fabulous, super helpful, Simone on reception was particularly great! Spa area was gorgeous. Food was amazing, drinks and the choices of drinks available was perfect. Loved every minute and can’t wait to go back. Room service breakfast was huge, and so tasty! The room was huge, the decor of the hotel was gorgeous. Check in and out was smooth and they even dropped us down to the train when we were leaving. Can’t wait to go back!
