The hotel is in the center of everything and is easily accessible by subway’s line 1 and 2 so you can literally go everywhere. The interior of the hotel was great and staff were very hospitable and helpful. The GM of the hotel was very kind and even sent my husband’s postcard to Germany free-of-charge. Our room was upgraded too! I didn’t want to get out of the room because the room was super grand. In a nutshell, this hotel is superb and the staff went out of their way to make our stay in Nanjing as nice as possible. Good value for money as well. This is the place to stay in Nanjing!

Pan Pacific Suzhou is located next to Panmen Park Scenery Area, just 3 km from the famous Guanqian Street. The property features free parking spaces and boasts two swimming pools. As if we‘re staying within Banmen scenic area. Especially we loved the illuminated garden by nights! Rooms are clean and breakfast is excellent.

Very modern hotel close to a metro station, shopping malls and restaurants. I was given a room upgrade which was a very comfortable and modern suite. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The reception staff speak English.
