Delicious food, friendly people around, very fast laundry service. Staff around was surprisingly helpful (during our entire stay we did not meet anyone who would not help us solve any issue), who try to help with the help of telephone interpreters, even if they do not understand you. Separately, we would like to mention our supervisor Johnson - the only employee in the hotel who ideally understood us and communicated with us in fluent English. Most of our issues were solved with his help on any day, even late at night or on those days when he had days off.

Opartment - People's Square 远东饭店 - 人民广场 es un alojamiento bien ubicado en el centro de Shanghái que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis, parking privado gratis y servicio de... La ubicación es buenísima, con metro muy cerca y muchos sitios para pasear y tomar algo. Hay un sitio fantástico para desayunar al lado y muchísimas opciones cerca para comer o cenar. La habitación era muy espaciosa y llena de comodidades, súper moderna y limpia. Y lo mejor, Ben, el Manager del hotel, que estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros, nos dio muchos consejos y nos ayudó siempre que necesitamos algo y en perfecto inglés, ¡¡la mejor atención que se puede desear!! Es la primera vez que pongo un diez a todo, de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado nunca, así que más que recomendable.

We had one of the most outstanding "HOSPITALITY" experiences of our lives during our 2 nights at the Shanghai EDITION Hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal, located on the main shopping street. Just a few steps to the Bund, which is an unparalleled experience, especially in the evening illumination. It has a special atmosphere. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom with both shower and bath. The view from the room's large windows is unrivalled. Yet, what was even more striking was the extraordinary helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff. Throughout our stay we felt important and they looked for ways to make our stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend the bar on the 26th floor, the view is wonderful. The roof terrace is also special, but the cold winter weather during our stay did not allow us to enjoy it, but even at this time of year it should not be missed for a few panoramic photos.
