Stadtmitte Underground Station is 250 metres away. Literally every little thing. It is so elegant, yet whimsical and not pretentious, the entire hotel is beautiful and comfortable and well maintained. the staff are literally the loveliest people. Tim was especially helpful and kind and when I returned from an important meeting, he greeted me with champagne and took photos for me commemorating the day. He also provided amazing recommendations for dinner and helped me get a last minute hair stylist. the location couldn’t be any better and central. However the room was quiet. All the furniture was comfortable and I slept so well. Even small details were perfect. the on site restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. I am very discerning and usually always find things not to my liking. This hotel was absolutely perfect. I stayed for 5 nights in the middle of January and wish I could have stayed longer. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Berlin. An elegant home away from home where everyone treats you with kindness, warmth and professionalism. The whole organization should be commended.

Super clean and comfortable. The ladies at reception were so helpful and helped me when I realised my flight wasnt until the next day and to help me book another night at a nice price. Bed was so comfortable.
