Our stay at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh was truly unforgettable. The place is incredibly nice, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Mr. Momen at the reception who greeted us with a smile and kindly offered us an early check-in. He explained everything clearly, was always friendly, and even gave us his private number in case we needed anything during our stay — which was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate his great hospitality. We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, very spacious, clean, and included a private pool — perfect for a family stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet restaurant staff welcomed us warmly every day. A special thanks to Mr. Jaffar, the restaurant manager, for his kindness, warm welcome, and constant efforts to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He is truly a helpful and caring person. I would also like to thank Abdullah, Islam, and Ahmed from the restaurant team, who always took great care of us with a smile and exceptional service. On the day of checkout, Mr. Momen again ensured a late check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, the place is amazing, the staff are outstanding, and without a doubt, I will choose this resort again when I return to Sharm El Sheikh.

I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
