This converted convent is in the beautiful Duero Valley and has its own vineyard and a spa. I love this place - it was not the first time I stayed there and I'll definitely come back again. This time we were traveling by car from Madrid to Porto and stayed in Hacienda Zorita, which is somehow in the middle, for a night. We stayed in the main building and it was perfect - over the water, very peaceful. The 1st floor has a lovely lounge area with the fireplace. The breakfast is amazing - with the freshest local food.

Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
