Five-Star Hotels in Community of Madrid

Everything is just a bit off and a step (or 2) below 5 stars. The location was only OK. A really good neighborhood (around the corner from the Four Seasons and the JW Marriott), but on a small urine-soaked street with several bars with really loud patrons. The lobby was nice, but not great. The room was nice, but not great - and certainly not worth what we paid for it. The staff was mostly nice, but except for the bellhops (who were great), overall the service was average. The gym was nice. We did not try the food.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and helpful - 5 Stars! They helped me extend my booking as I was loving Madrid so much. The location is fantastic, right by the park and in a high end neighbourhood. Very quiet rooms. Thank you for a great stay!!!

location is good, very close to supermarkets and metro. and relatively close to all the tourist attractions. Special mention to PAOLA, she is a lovely human being and an excellent staff member, she helped with me my bed and an umbrella. 5/5 stars for her

The location was great, I was able to get around in Madrid on foot. The main square Plaza de Mayor was very close, so it made my stay very convenient as I was able to walk just 5 mins to get dinner and enjoy the evening in this lively square. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, 5 stars to the staff. The room was cleaned thoroughly for the whole time I stayed. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value for the money.

Brilliant location highly recommend near everything helpful staff slight problem with wi fi could easily be fixed. Will return next year loved it. Fabulous city value for money 5 stars.

Excellent hotel. In all senses We stayed there to take a very early plane and it was a much better hotel than others in downtown Excellent beds also which is not a very often quality you can find in hotels even 4-5 stars.

As I was travelling with my niece , we specifically chose the room as it had a bunk bed so that we could each have our own little "area" . When we go to the hotel the room they initially wanted to give us was a room with a twin bed (right next to each other) and the room smelt of smoke . As soon as we mentioned the issue to the lady at the reception she immediately offered us another room with a bunk bed etc. So 5 stars to the lady at reception that sorted out the situation without hesitation .
