The property is in a beautiful setting and has a very nice interior design. Everything is clean and the spa team was very friendly and did a great job. Dinner was also nice and the dining staff were very professional and accommodating. When we arrived late around 9:30pm, the restaurant manager, I believe, let us know that the restaurant is closed but they can whip up a charcuterie plate for the group.

The property was very clean and we had a nice view. Its a pity that at times, it was raining.The people in the front desk were very friendly & gave lots of tips.

The rooms and bathroom was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was amazing. The spa is excellent and it was mostly empty when I was there. The gym was also really nice. Breakfast is nice with a good selection. Location is great for the center.

Unbeatable location, in the middle of old Strasbourg. We had a gorgeous room, wheelchair accessible, with the lovely wheelchair accessible bathroom, the most important thing for me, as a wheelchair user. Now, it is in the area of the city that is paved with cobblestones, so it can be a bit rough on the wheelchair, but that's not the fault of the hotel. I've already recommended this to my two brothers, who will be travelling with their wives or families in due course. This place is GORGEOUS.
