Located 350 metres from the Kura River, Borjomi Likani features a spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, hot tub, and medical treatments. I liked everything! It was my birthday and I went to Borjomi Likani with my spouse, 2 year old kid and friends. Staff was super friendly and nice, they gifted me a cake for birthday and also gave me a room upgrade as a birthday gift! They made my stay very memorable and one of the best birthdays I have had. Hotel itself is great and the territory is amazing. Thank you very much to the staff for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

The rooms of our junior suite were clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had hot water quickly, and a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and, for no particular reason that we could discern, the manager sent us a free bottle of Georgian white wine. The spa was well-run and clean. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of standard and local items.

Crystal Hotel & Spa ligt in een schilderachtige omgeving, op 5 minuten rijden van het treinstation Bakuriani. Het beschikt over een spacentrum en een zwembad. Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.
