I booked this hotel because it was close to almost all important (touristic) objectives in Belgrade. Also because I didn't want to risk it with lower than five stars hotels, as Serbia is outside of EU (which proved to be an unfounded fear anyway).

The room was amazing, we were upgraded for free probably due to the off-season timing of our trip which was very generous, the staff are so nice and professional, the breakfast is amazing - both the bouffe and orders. The spa is breathtaking - it was the highlight of every day to relax after a long day of walking, enjoying the jacuzzi, steam room and hot sauna. Then relaxing with the music always playing. The hotel music theme was very enjoyable, the cheese and wine from 16:00-18:00 is amazing - the live music is very nice and the wines and tasty cheeses are really great. The skybar is beautiful especially at night when the entire city is lit up, great food and cocktails. Seriously the best hotel I've ever been too, and I am so greatful for the experience. For anyone that is thinking if to book it or not - do it. You won't regret.

Staff were all kind and helpful, especially Sasa a valet, cooks and waitress and waiter at the morning breakfast, a house maid on our floor, a lady at the reception whose name i forgot unfortunately ... well everyone really! Hotel was clean spotless clean, our rooms were always re-set when we left for outing!!
