The staff are extraordinary, going above and beyond for everything we needed. In a challenging time, they were calm, supportive and in control on all aspects. They made sure we were safe while still enjoying our holiday, and assisting us when we needed to leave.

Everything was great, but what stood out was Estee, hands down this is the best booking experience I’ve ever had in my entire life (and I do at least 10 flights a year)

The room was super clean and there were tea sandwiches, fresh fruit, olives, pastries, wine, bottled water and white roses there for us to enjoy; the bed was really comfortable; the staff was warm, kind and helpful; the restaurant at ground level was a beehive of activity and the food was fabulous; and breakfast at the hotel was every bit as exceptional as everything else. We can’t wait to return!

Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center is one of the most modern hotels. Set next to Azrieli shopping centre, it offers unique rooms with views of the city. Guests have free access to a fitness centre with indoor pool, sauna, and spa facilities (advisable to order treatments in advance). Breakfast was incredible. Room was absolutely gorgeous and clean and comfortable. View from our room was lovely. Staff was friendly, helpful and understanding.

I enjoyed the rooftop and pool - a great place to relax. The spa is superb - it's expensive, but worth it. Location is incredible with Park Hamesila across the street, and all of Neve Tzedek, Nahlat Binyamin and the Carmel shuk close by.
