Prerna was messaging before I reached to let me know that if I had any needs she could take care of them. We stayed for a birthday celebration and they ensured that we had an amazing time. Even at the buffet breakfast the staff are asking what you would like, they will get anything you need for you and have it made fresh and brought directly to your table. The hospitality was very good.

Everything is great about this hotel! It is a real experience! The staff is extremely attentive and kind, the services offered are exceptional. I had the room with breakfast and dinner included... I recommend you take this package... Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style and offer an incredible culinary experience! The food is extremely diverse and delights your senses, as are the desserts... You can find anything you want and something can be prepared for you on the spot if you want (eg omelette, paratta, etc). The pool is amazing, you are given water and a towel when you get there. We were also offered late check out (4pm) at no cost. Words are redundant.... This hotel is a 'MUST'!!!!!
