Built in English Gothic architecture style, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie is situated 2,500 metres above sea level amidst the Gharwal Hills in Mussoorie. This hotel is incredible - it was our first time visiting Mussoorie and we're so glad we stayed here. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and arranged a taxi for us to visit Lal Tibba (20mins away). The hotel is located just off Mall road, and so is in a fantastic central location. The food at the hotel was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet and breakfast, such a wide choice and everything was delicious. The hotel grounds are truly amazing, high up in the clouds with the most beautiful scenery, it felt like we could have been in the Swiss Alps. The hotel also provides lots of activities for guests, which included a bonfire along with a guitarist who sang to us under the stars. If you are visiting Mussoorie, then you must stay here.

The hotel’s offerings, such as yoga class, Game Center, Mehdi, Sandhya Aarti at private ghat, Ganga Holy Dip and High Tea were top notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

We were given a lake view room. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and courteous. We traveled with our kids. 2 boys age 8 and 6. The hotel staff was very welcoming. They took the kids into the kitchen. The chef made our boys prepare Roti and Pizza. The kids were so excited.
