The Hotel is very beautiful, clean and well located. The room was clean and spacious. Very good breakfast, as well as the restaurant! Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back and recommend it.

I thought the breakfast food was absolutely delicious, loved the fresh pressed juice, the view was magnificent. The staff were excellent.

The hotel was fantastic but it was the staff who made our trip exceptional, they were so kind and warm and made us feel at home and very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Free shuttle rides to/from the town centre are available. Villa Franka has an excellent 360 degree rooftop pool area with superb views of Positano. The staff are very friendly and the complimentary golf buggy was greatly received and timings for this service were reliable.

The on-site wine cellar provides a wide variety of local and Italian wines. The location is stunning! The minute you get off the elevator and step into the lobby you are in awe. The staff greeted us like celebrities upon entering the hotel. The property was impeccably clean and decorated with the utmost attention to detail and class. We enjoyed both amazing restaurants that featured delicious selections. Whether it be traditional Italian pizza and pasta, or a little bit more unique seafood and gourmet dishes, the restaurants will not disappoint. Breakfast on the terrace was fresh and offered endless fruit and pastry items, including made to order eggs. On top of it all the staff is the most friendly, accommodating, and delightful staff I have ever experienced at a resort. The presence and hospitality of Mr. Gagliano and his family (including Oliver, the family Golden Retreiver) truly makes you feel like you are staying with family. We will definitely be back! I am so glad I found this gem on Booking.com. Thank you Gagliano Family for making this our family’s most memorable vacation to date!
