San Montano Resort & SPA features a natural sauna,11 out-door thermal pools, an in-door pool, a wellness centre, gyms, a garden and free WiFi. We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have hoped for in a 5-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond—helping us with restaurant reservations, organizing transportation, and even offering to book a driver for Naples. The food at the on-site restaurants was outstanding. We truly can’t wait to return!

Botania Relais & Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World is 500 metres outside Lacco Ameno, near Ischia’s San Montano Bay and the Negombo thermal spa, easily reached by a footpath. Great location and beautiful room, very comfortable. The staff were especially great.

Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant is on the site of ancient Greek-Roman ruins, directly on the seashore in Ischia's Lacco Ameno. location , beach and service allover!! One of the best Hotels in Europe, I do hope to come again next year!!

Hotel Manzi is situated in Casamicciola Terme. The rate includes access to 2 thermal pools, Turkish bath, sensory showers, internet. Hotel was lovely, room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the spa area and the gym as well. Breakfast was little bit limited but you were able to order for example omelette and other products from the kitchen. Staff was very welcoming and also when leaving early in the morning, they were waiting at the door and organised my travel to the airport.

Located on Ischia, Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa has an outdoor pool and sun terrace with views across to Naples. Exceptional property, delicious food, the most amazing staff to highlight Antonio and Massimo. We loved the 360 views of the sea, fantastic swimming pool with warm sea water was splendid. Spa and thermal water area is great too, relaxing.

Location and view excellent, we decided to rent a car and they had an available car park for 12 euro a day. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety! Staff kind friendly and attentive!

Miramare Sea Resort & Spa is set in a pedestrian-only area of Sant'Angelo, on the south coast of Ischia. Directly facing its private beach, it offers Mediterranean-style rooms with a sea-view balcony.... Every single thing. The staff, the facilities, the location is exceptional. Our rooms were perfect with great products provided. I will go back there at any opportunity. The beach club there was stunning.
