Our room was so lovely & airy with a beautiful balcony at the side of the hotel. Very clean & decor was lovely too. The pool area was in a prime position with fantastic views out to sea. The staff were so very helpful with any queries we had. Lots of good recommendations from them regarding the local areas. They were so friendly & helpful - particularly Deanna who was always so cheery & enthusiastic & a huge credit to the hotel. Her reception colleagues were also very helpful & friendly. Shout out to Ivana, Alex, Elisia & Alessandro who were so friendly & engaging but all the staff were lovely.

Being our first visit to Sicily we were amazed at the proficiency and professional kind attention we received from start to finish of our three night stay. The airport pick up arranged by the resort, the drive and the kindest of welcomes on arrival from Katerina made us feel already at home. The suite with the terrace with a grand view of the beach and ocean cannot be described in words but has to be experienced. The room, bathroom and the most comfortable bed you could relax in. Breakfast is a journey of its own. Vast variety of choices and a total experience as if one is on a journey of its own. The Armonia restaurant is an a league of its own. Try the red prawns fished locally and you will be addicted. The prawn Carpaccio took my wife's breath away, Linguine with Vongole is a must and Tiramisu takes you to gastronomical heaven. All washed down with Etna Rosato. Amazing staff, very attentive and professional all the way. Comfortable sunbeds and attentive service at your fingertips. The overall ambience, the kindness and care taken to make our short stay memorable is definitely on our Wishlist to return to

The 5-star Villa Sant'Andrea, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina mare offers a lovely setting overlooking the Mediterranea Sea, just a 5-minute drive from Taormina’s centre. Everything was perfect! We were there for our honeymoon so the staff kindly upgraded us and gave us a beautiful bottle of wine that we enjoyed on our balcony. The breakfast was incredible, everything was thought out, and the attention to detail was fantastic. It's so great that you can enjoy the hotel by the sea but then also get a free shuttle up to Taormina and have access to the other Belmond hotel as well. All in all, we'll definitely be going back as we loved every minute.

Our stay was a honeymoon stay and they exceeded our expectations on all levels--there when you needed them and not when you didn't. We were able to enjoy the amazing Dior spa for a treatment which was one of the best we've ever had and the overall classic Sicilian vibe of the property/grounds is hard to match. Yes, the ultra-expensive Four Seasons down the street is also an incredible (and famous property) but for the value, charm, and equally grand history the Belmond Grand Timeo really can't be beat.

タオルミーナの歴史的中心部に位置するNH Collection Taorminaは、パノラマの景色を望む屋上テラス（カクテルバー付）、アラカルトレストラン、広々としたお部屋、モダンなウェルネスセンター、湾を一望するインフィニティプールを提供しています。 NH Collection... 場所は便利だし、景色はいいし、朝食もおいしいし、とても価値のあるホテルだと思います。 季節柄なのかもしれませんが、到着日には、部屋ごとにスプマンテのフルボトルが冷やされた状態でシャンパングラスとともに届けられたのにはビックリしました。美しいチョコも毎日おいてありました。飲料水も毎日おいてありまし た。 バスタブのある部屋を予約していたはずなのに、シャワーしか付いていない部屋に案内されました。 原因は、予約サイトの翻訳のミス？ 英語ではbath、日本語ではバスタブと表記されていました（2024年12月）。高齢の両親を連れており、バスタブがあるからこのホテルを選んだことをホテル側に伝えましたが、部屋のランクが違うとのことでした。 それでも、スタッフのガブリエルさんが、年始で混んでいる中、頑張ってくださって、バスタブ付きの部屋を同じ階に２室探してくださいました。優秀なスタッフさんのお陰で３日間の宿泊がとても素晴らしいものとなりました。 両親も大変喜んでおりました。 ありがとうございましや。

And the pastries during breakfast are the best, specially those pistachio croissants!
