The staff went out of its way to support some specific requests we had and we felt they genuinely care for their guests.

The luxury hotel is set in an 18th-century building and features wooden ceilings, frescoes and antique paintings. Excellent location, lovely atmosphere in the hotel, stunning decor, rooms very comfortable & the breakfast was superb. The staff were incredibly courteous. professional & very helpful. The room was serviced regularly. It's the little touches of class that makes a great hotel stand out from the crowd and the Gabbia D'Oro does that in spades. Overall we had a wonderful experience staying there.

Breakfast is a buffet served until 10:00, including croissants, Italian cakes and cappuccino coffee. It is served in the spacious dining room with antique marble floors. The restaurant opens for lunch and dinner. Everything was perfect. The reception and guest relations staff was amazing and super friendly. Very clean and comfortable plus the concept is unique. The location is great you definitely feel the city charm.

The Amistà Restaurant, awarded Michelin Star from 2021, uses local products reinterpreted in a modern key by Chef Mattia Bianchi. The gourmet tasting menus have been created to enhance the local cuisine making use of top-quality ingredients, part of which is self-produced in the property's garden. Style, art, decoration. Very clean , great facilities and wonderful staff!
