I didn't realise this was newly built. The location was great, my friend and I got to see parts of yokohama we never saw before. The staff were nice and very helpful. The view was stunning. Although it can get windy. We saw lots of young couples staying there. Everything in the room was easy to use and understand, and everything kept very clean. Our room had the exact same view as the lobby area with the waterfront. We are definitely coming back to stay here from now on.

Room layout was great. Wonderful view. The pool was also fantastic. Breakfast was also very good, I would say among some of the best I've had.

So clean and all the facilities we needed and more. The staff were amazing. My husband and I lost our passports and the staff went above and beyond to help us find our passports. Love that we had access to the lounge with a free bar / snacks / coffee. It was such a treat and there was an amazing view of Tokyo from there. Also it was our honeymoon and we kept getting little gifts - so sweet of them! It says it’s a 4 star hotel but honestly felt and looked like a 5 star. Highly recommend!
