A dedicated staff walked us through all the facilities before taking us to the room - Activities: * Complimentary tea and snack at the tea house overlooking the beautiful garden was great. * Open air onsen looking directly at the fuji mountain was exceptional, even though it was covered by cloud on my day of visit * Dining in our room (i think 9 course meal) was delivious and luxurious * Room: from bath room to bedroom to dining room to private open air onsen, everything was just perfect Love everything about this place. Wish i stayed longer. Hope i can visit again.

The house is a beautifully restored traditional Japanese home with authentic wooden interiors, spacious tatami rooms, and a calm, welcoming energy. We especially loved the peaceful view of Mt. Fuji, visible from the garden and windows. The atmosphere was serene, and the design was both traditional and tasteful. The kids were thrilled with the beanbags and cozy sleeping area, and we adults truly relaxed in this wonderful space. Everything was clean, beautifully arranged and full of charm.
