Our stay at this wonderful hotel was truly unique. From the moment we were welcomed with a warm, traditional greeting, we knew this place was special. The design is absolutely stunning, with meticulous attention to detail. The hotel is immaculately maintained—a magical natural gem. The entire staff is kind and pleasant, and the service is incredibly efficient. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. There are plenty of options to spend extended time on-site, whether you want to enjoy the tranquility of nature or use the facilities like the gym, pool, or snooker table. We only wish we could have stayed more nights

Jetwing Lake ligt in Dambulla in de regio Matale, op 6 km van de grottempel Dambulla en biedt een buitenbad en een wellnesscentrum, een bar Er is gratis privéparkeergelegenheid. Het zicht vanuit het hotel is echt adembenemend. Het meer, de bergen, … de keuken is niet top, maar ook niet verkeerd. Hadden we het op voorhand geweten, we waren hier wel een nachtje meer gebleven.

The location, infinity pool and the area covered. Room are also very clean (except for a once in a while Forest guest - Gecko sharing the room with you 😬).

The dinner was absolutely delicious - we don't regret one bit for not going out for dinner to the city for our 1 night stay. Looks like they plan to do even more renovations outside. Surely recommended!

Everything but especially the cleanliness and hospitality! The people are all so kind and will do everything to make sure you have a great stay. It was such a clean place, and I didn’t appreciate this enough until staying at other hotels in Sri Lanka. We would return in a heartbeat!

Mornings began with birdsong and soft sunlight filtering through the trees. There’s no rush here — just space to breathe, rest, and rediscover stillness. The Ayurvedic treatments were outstanding. The resident doctor was kind and attentive, and each therapy was tailored to our needs. The therapists were professional, skilled, and genuinely caring — every session left us feeling lighter and completely relaxed. The food was light, fresh, and nourishing, aligned with Ayurvedic principles. It’s not indulgent dining, but every meal felt like part of the wellness journey — balanced, beautiful, and made with care it perfectly complements the wellness philosophy of the resort. A special mention must go to the staff, who were exceptional throughout our stay. They truly go above and beyond — warm, attentive, and respectful, without ever being intrusive. Every detail, from the herbal teas to the evening turn-down service, felt thoughtful and intentional. We were surprised every time with the location of our b/fast and diners. A heartfelt thank you to Lackshan, who was wonderful with our little boy — he played with him, kept him engaged, and made sure he never felt bored. It meant so much to us and made our stay even more special. This is not a place for nightlife or crowds it’s designed for peace, rest, and self-care. If you’re looking for a luxury wellness retreat in Sri Lanka where you can truly unwind and reconnect with yourself, Ayugiri is a gem.

NIVADOO RESORT SIGIRIYA bevindt zich in Sigiriya, op 5,3 km van Sigiriya Rock, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een restaurant. Great location, we stayed in the family room which was comfortable and clean and stylish. The staff was incredibly helpful and supported our trip planning while in the region.
