My husband and I had a fantastic stay, filled with everything we could possibly ask for. Staff was extraordinary service minded, friendly and helpful. We prolonged our stay because we loved the experience, staff and place so much. Everything was top notch: service, staff, breakfast, dinners, beds, SPA-experience, room, area etc. We will definitely come back. Thank you to Team Schloss Berg!

Este hotel de 5 estrellas goza de una ubicación excepcional en el centro de Luxemburgo, a pocos pasos de las embajadas y las principales multinacionales. I liked everything about this property! First of all the staff. They were all so pleasant, polite and welcoming. Nothing was ever any trouble; I never felt like a bother to them with anything - and I made one or two unusual requests! lol They treated me with so much respect and courtesy and they were always actually happy to help! The property is perfect - modern, clean, secure, above and beyond! I like that you have to use your key card to access the elevator (and the concierge is right there waiting to show you how!), and also that there is a safe in the room. The location is right between the train station and the city centre/old town. About a 10-minute walk to each. Very simple and easy. I received an upgrade and had a room with a great view of the city! The concierge is always happy to give you any information and recommendations you’d like. Check-in was on the earlier side and check-out on the later side, when compared to most places, which was nice. There is also possibility of late checkout if it isn’t too busy. In any case, they have a secure, locked room to store your luggage at no extra cost while you explore the city. That’s a great feature for me! I would definitely stay here again!
