What a wonderful surprise of a place. Unassuming from the exterior bellies a superb masterclass of shabby chic interiors and comfort. The view over the working docks added interest and an ever changing view. Any questions we had were quickly answered and we felt very well looked after. Great village base for lots of lofoten’s classic walking routes.

Fantastic place, superbly located, central to everything with easy reach to all islands' attractions. Welcoming generous hosts. Perfect breakfast ( was even kindly packed for us on the day of our departure), amazing chef! This place lacks for nothing and we happily recommend it to Lofoten visitors!!!

The breakfast at the hostel was at the level of a 5-star hotel. A charming little town with a beautiful pier that you can walk around. The largest wooden cathedral in northern Norway is a 5-minute walk away.

Excellent breakfast. Did not expect this quality from a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast buffet is very grand like 5 stars hotel.

The location was perfect very well connected with the bus and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice (5 stars to the manager Per and to Ludwig). Everything was impeccably clean! My room was tiny but very cozy and it had a wonderful view. The kitchen ample and there were 2 toilets and 2 showers on the floor. Very good price for Norway. I recommend it!

We felt very welcome from arrival, to our departure. The hosts were exceptionally kind, the entire place was luxurious, homely, and modern - but traditionally Scandinavian. An extensive and quality breakfast, including eggs fresh from their own chickens - which left us full enough for an entire day of hiking. We definitely will visit again, if our travels bring us to Lofoten another time. Thank you to both hosts for your accommodating nature! Til vi ses igen!
