Originally scheduled to stay for a couple of nights, my wife and I ended up with a serious case of the flu on arrival. We managed to extend our stay by an extra 3 days. This was a lifesaver for us and our dogs. The staff here are exceedingly kind and helpful, and I mean all of them. We have stayed at lots of places, at both ends of the spectrum but the Montreal is a whole other level of great. Beds,rooms,bathroom,balcony and basically everything else is top notch,100% spot on. Thank you so much for looking after us.

The room was equipped with a dishwasher, an iron, bathroom amenities, and dressing gowns. It was modern, well-presented, and very clean. I especially loved the Alexa clock beside the bed, which provided weather updates, allowed me to set alarms, and offered news updates. Movies were free to watch as well! The tea and coffee facilities were excellent, and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and modern. It was the first time I've stayed in a hotel that offered complimentary sanitary packs. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a selection of pillows available if needed. One of the best features for me was that there was no road noise, and the air conditioner was quiet—something that's quite rare! Having traveled to many hotels, this one is at the top of my list. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, and greeted everyone with a "hello." Altogether, it was a lovely stay!
