5-star Hotel Mikołajki is located in the Ptasia Island and a peninsula on Mikołajskie Lake and it offers free access to a swimming pool, as well as Świat Saun, the complex which includes various types... The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, and the standard is top-notch. The rooms are huge, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the breakfast selection was truly fit for a king. I say this with confidence, as I travel frequently, and the very next day, I stayed at Puro Hotel in Gdańsk, there’s simply no comparison. This hotel is on another level. Highly recommended!

Aries Lago Park Hotel & SPA, Mazury bevindt zich in Olsztynek, op 33 km van Olsztyn Bus Station, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een privéstrand en een restaurant. Secluded location right on the lake (very quiet as motorboats are banned), great facilities (swimming pool, beach, row- and paddle-boats for rent), comfortable good size rooms. Very welcoming and helpful staff (special thanks to Marta, customer service manager). Very good restaurant (a-la-card rather than buffet dinner)

Hotel Willa Port is located in Ostróda, at the side of the Drwęckie Lake. It features rooms with free internet and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Very spacious room, good breakfast, great location. The Italian restaurant has very good food, especially the creme brulee was amazing. The spa/pool area was empty most of the time we were there - seems most people visit for business and don't have time to go there :) although there was also no staff there most of the time so it's a bit worrying in case e.g you faint at sauna.
