The service was perfect, and everything, down to the finest detail, was in order. The front desk welcomed me in a very friendly and positive way. I was checking in very late because my flight was delayed, I lost my baggage on the connecting flight, and the rental car service had already closed their offices at the airport, even though the rental had been prepaid and the late arrival was in my contract with the car rental. But something really amazing happened when I came to this nice and cozy hotel, and the service I got totally relieved my mind and made me forget those mishappenings.

El Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company es un establecimiento único de 5 estrellas situado a orillas del río Tajo, en un edificio histórico del emblemático barrio de Alfama de Lisboa. As a history buff, the best part of this hotel was that there was a museum with Roman ruins right inside! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shops, and museums. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it twice but both times it was delicious and plentiful, with many selections. The staff was great as well, especially Bruno who was so helpful throughout our stay!

El hotel MYRIAD by SANA, con su imponente y majestuoso diseño en forma de vela, se encuentra cerca del río Tajo, junto a la torre más alta de Portugal, la emblemática Torre Vasco da Gama. It is one of the loveliest Hotels I have ever stayed in, the Staff were outstanding, all friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming. Despite being a large hotel, one was made to feel welcome even before arrival, with frequent communications and contact. You were greeted in a lovely fashion by all staff at all times, with genuine friendliness and interest. The rooms were lovely, and the cleanliness excellent. Everything was efficient and well maintained, tables were cleared rapidly, food replaced in good time, and nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. Service was personal and efficient. A fabulous experience.

The Vintage Hotel & Spa – Lisbon es un hotel de 5 estrellas situado a solo 300 metros de la animada Avenida da Liberdade de Lisboa. Five 5 experience. Location and spa were excellent. Staff were super helpful. We loved our room and the art deco decor of the hotel. We will be back to this location and highlight recommend it.
