Mr. Ali, hotel's manager, is a genue professional who can customize your vacation to make it unique. Facilities are meticulously cleaned and spotless, even during off-season period, the food choices were good. Short walk, manageable even for people with disabilities, brings you to a nice beach and Maldive`s style circular peer, offering plenty of sunbathing lounges, and bar with nice sea and sunset views. Both out/indoor pools were crystal clean, you can see birds drinking from it. Over-the-water peer bar is strategically located away from the main building, so it could be very busy and loud 24/7 with parting young couples, while not disturbing people relaxing in the tranquility of main resort outdoor pool. Huge seiection of premium international drinks are part of Ultra All-Inclusive, along with a huge selection of connoisseur's alcohol beverages availabe at very reasonable fare. Endless supply of crispy snow-white towels and fresh linens - thank you to housekeeping team and hotel's management. We had such a fantastic stay! There was so much for the kids to do — from the fun slides to the lively kids’ disco — they were entertained from morning to night. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety at the buffet. The kids especially loved having their own separate buffet section and, of course, the daily soft serve ice cream was a big hit! The beach was absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect spot for both relaxing and family fun. On top of it all, the staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which really made the holiday extra special.

Ok, so this hotel provides everything you need to make your vacation amazing. All facilities are clean. territory is quite big. Sea is very worm and clean. a lot of pools available including indoor pool. parents will understand. we travelled with kids and didn't have any infections. it really means a lot. Food is all inclusive. its is really tasty and provides variety of options. I always managed to find something new. variety of salads, different meats. all fruits are tasty and well chosen. Guests come from different countries like : UK, Germany, Russia, Hungary, Ukraine, Sweden, Belarus, France. Not only staff but also the guests are very polite. paid WiFi costs 5 Euro a day and works really good. there is a free WiFi in a lobby. you can see that the management system is quality driven. well done!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the hotel, including its cleanliness, service, and food. Everywhere we turned, there were drinks available. We also appreciated the entertainment staff, who were friendly and positive, always smiling and making people laugh. Similarly, the restaurant staff was always cheerful and helpful, and the reception staff was also very friendly and kind.

The stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations. We celebrated my birthday very well, decorated the room beautifully and gave a gift, which is always nice. The hotel also upgraded the room category for free, although we did not ask for it. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has very tasty food and drinks. We especially liked the gozleme. Special thanks for them! Good animation, interesting evening program. There is always something to do. We were very pleased. We will definitely come back again.
