We have arrived and received very nice surprise upgrade of our room for free by Customer relations people (Thank you Mr. Serkan). Room was very spacious with perfect view from balcony. All the necessities that you would expect in hotel are there. Beds sheets and towels were changed regularly. Furniture is little on old side, but nothing crucial. Stuff was excellent, they do everything to make your stay more comfortable. It is absolutely possible to never leave the hotel, there are small shops, SPA, Gym, huge territory, very nice beach, shows, food, everything. Food and bar: There is probably 30 minutes in all 24 hours when you can't find food. Rest of the time there is food somewhere. Food is good, bar works 24hr There are number of pools in the hotel territory but we never used them so no comments.

Located on the seafront, Megasaray Club Belek offers a private sandy beach with a jetty, 5 outdoor pools, 3 water slides and spa facilities. Featuring a modernised Seljuk architecture, this eco-friendly property has air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. The best part of my stay was the gesture of staff. We can get similar facilities in different resorts also, but the homely feelings, welcoming gestures by the megasaray staff cannot be replaced. I would like to specifically mention two of their guest relations team members, Miss Firuze and Miss Anahita, they were very very accommodating.

An indoor lunapark, game centre, cinema are available. Hotel also offers day and night activities, children club and meeting facilities. all was excellent except not enough live music.
