We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

Some rooms have a seating area. This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and once again all our expectations were met. The hotel has a charging station for electric cars, the cleanliness was up to standard, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff was responsive - shortly after we checked in, an earthquake was felt about 150 km from Bursa, we were accommodated on the 9th floor (where the earthquake was felt quite strongly) and after a request from us, our rooms were changed to a lower floor so that possible future earthquakes would not be felt so noticeably.

All rooms have cable TV, a minibar and coffee and tea making facilities. Spa was amazing and perfectly clean. Breakfast was wonderful, I still remember the taste of the omlette. Massage was good. İt was a perfect relaxing weekend. There is a big park next to hotel, it was also nice to walk in the evening. There is a seperate spa lift that is allowing you to enter spa area independent from other lifts so we were able to walk with dressing gown inside the hotel. Dressing gown is given bu hotel as well Everything was well organized.
