I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in November. This hotel was actually recommended by my sister who stayed here a couple months prior and she loved it so much she insisted I stay here as well. I'm so glad I did. H20 exceeded my expectations. Extremely friendly and professional staff. They also helped shuttle us to the high speed rail station. The shuttle is a private van where we were the only passengers. There's also shuttle service for them to pick up H20 customers from the HSR station as well. Even better this service is free to H20 customers! Our room was spacious and very clean. We booked the package that included a free breakfast. The food was delicious. Included both Western and Asian cuisines. You had the option to grab food from the buffet bar or you can request chefs to make specific dishes that the staff will bring directly to your table (including dishes like french toast, abalone congee, steak, etc). It was truly a memorable and outstanding experience, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future when I'm in Kaohsiung.

The room is big and spacious with a large walk-in wardrobe and digital safe. The bathroom was long, wide, well-lit, with double-sinks. A long shoe horn was provided, as well as two large artsy coffee table books that were an interesting flip-thru.

Located steps away from MRT Central Park Station (Exit 2), the hotel is just 260 metres from Shinkuchan shopping area and 950 metres from Liouhe Tourist Night Market. Kind, polite and attentive staff. Comfortable, extremely spacious room with large window and great view (we took a room on on a high floor). Room included everything for a comfortable stay, including option to change pillow from a large selection if needed (from a kind of ‘pillow menu’ supplied in the room). Space in room and bathroom well thought-out for optimum comfort. Plenty of fresh bottled water supplied each day, and the Nespresso machine was a real plus. Mugs and glasses supplied in room, even a bottle opener, plate and cutlery, all presented very nicely inside drawers by the kettle and Nespresso machine. The gym was very useful (as running in the city is not easy.) Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge buffet selection of hot, cold, Chinese, Western, including freshly prepared drinks, eggs or omelette cooked to your liking, and the option to order other dishes freshly prepared and brought to your table. Truly a full meal to start the day. Plenty of healthy options offered, including Chinese vegetable dishes, fruit, yoghurt, as well as plenty of delicious and sweet options.
