Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and an incredible mountain view, right from the window! I also loved the soft, dimmed lights that gave the room such a calm and cozy atmosphere. The location was very convenient, close to beautiful hiking trails and perfect for exploring nearby places. I’d definitely stay here again!

I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

We liked the location very much with an easy access to a lovely town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was welcoming and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of fresh produce. A garage was close by with easy access to the hotel.
