ROOM: spacious, spotless clean, balcony, efficient WiFi, beautiful carpet colour and pattern, two large beds put together next to each other. BATHROOM: large shower with hotel shampoo and soap 2 in 1, spacious bathroom, just 1 hanger, no holders for personal soap in the shower. BREAKFAST AND ALL INCLUSIVE MEALS: amazing, one of the best we ever had, everyday different options, cake like you can order for birthday available everyday + other sweets, lots of regional cuisine dishes, few pizza types straight from the pizza oven, even ice cream - no need to eat outside hotel at all. PERSONNEL: Front Desk Manager very customer orientated, helped in everything we asked beyond standard options; other receptionists and bellboys very nice and helpful, following the procedures. ENTERTAINMENT: dance shows every day, staff tried to involve guests in different types of activities every day. Everywhere spotless clean. STRONG 4 STARS because this Hotels deserves 5 STARS!!! P.S. I saw no children which I liked:)

Staff very polite and pleasant. Rooms nicely equipped and modern. Entire complex very clean. Excellent Animation team, not too in your face. Lucky and Ilyas deserve a special mention. Lounge Bar staff excellent all week making lovely coffees and serving superb cocktails and drinks. Non alcoholic cocktails also very good. 3 or 4 live acts in the week and quiz,& cash bingo broke up the very relaxed evenings. Very nice indoor heated pool and rather cold outdoor pool.I expect this would warm up later in the season. I would advise booking your holiday no earlier than the last week in May as the rest of of the resort was technically closed. We took the opportunity to just relax and this Hotel allows you to do this. Table- tennis , darts, pool etc. and other games and competitions were run around the outdoor pool if you needed 'activities' and a snack bar served food all day until 6pm. Meals in the Restaurant were wide and varied with grilled meat choices, heated serving pans held a reasonable selection of casserole, vegetable and themed dishes which changed throughout the week. Lovely breads and salads served each day. A big plus was the availability of tea/coffee after lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as the lounge. Felt really relaxed and comfortable in this Hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

I spent 7 days all inclusive. The food is good and varied. The bar with unlimited alcohol is great. The swimming pool and the room are clean, nothing negative to say. The servers, bartenders, receptionists are all very friendly, helpful and professional. Even the cleaning ladies on the 5th floor are very nice and always smiling... the hotel owner is also very nice and has a very nice car 😃😎 (which I would dream of having). In conclusion I will come back next summer, with my friend we loved this hotel which is also well located, 2 minutes walk from Sunny Beach central station. And it was not expensive for all this service and quality.
