MY ROOM WAS SUPER GREAT, I had a microwave to warm my bought in food, room has a small fridge that kept my edibles fresh, the room was airconditioned and kept me warm, the bathroom was great too, very clean towels , smelt fresh, had a coffee maker , had a great view. the airport shuttle was always on time and the drivers were great people, hotel is so close to the YVR, staff are welcoming

The location was farther away than I thought, but the train was close so we enjoyed that. There were a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. All in all it was great. The room was outstanding clean and spacious. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as to how to get around the area. We really loved the hotel, great service, great breakfast great staff!

We arrived quite late around 10.30 pm and were greeted very warmly by the member of staff. He was very helpful and gave us a few very helpful tips for our onward journey. The breakfast was very nice with a small but very good choice. Again the member of staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful once again.

We loved everything about the property. It was extremely clean and had lots of facilities available. It is situated close to a bus station that closely connected you to other areas of the city and close to a beautiful park. Shirley was extremely nice and accommodating with our questions and needs.
